Hi love,

My fiancé is getting his blood work done this weekend, and it got me thinking about how little men do/think about when it comes to supporting their health and fertility… and honestly, I don’t blame them.

I mean, there’s not much support out there for men x fertility. Outside of the “protein-maxxing” bros and the “longevity supplement bio-hacking” guys, men’s health isn’t really discussed holistically…like at all. There isn’t really a “male version” of an OBGYN guiding them on what to do, when to do it, and how to prepare (and let’s be honest… sometimes we’re not getting that level of support either).

And yet, we know that men are half of this equation - yet women tend to carry so much of this. We read the books, do the research, track everything, run the labs… and men just do their thing when we tell them to.

But I really believe this isn’t setting us up for success. Sperm health can influence everything from early pregnancy loss and morning sickness to the long-term health of your baby (how crazy is that?). This isn’t just about conception….it’s about the foundation for the family you’re both building.

Which means we need our men to show up 💪🏼

And yes, sometimes… they need a little clarity and a gentle nudge 🤍

So I put together a simple checklist you can share with him - covering what to do, when to do it, and how he can alo support you through this process, too (trust me, this part really matters).

3 Months Out:

Sperm takes about 70–75 days to develop, plus another 2–3 weeks to fully mature… so we’re really looking at a 3-month window where actions matter most. This is when the foundation for the sperm that will be used in creating a baby in a few months!!

The quick reference list 3 months out:
