Hi my loves,
So so often I get asked about my fav products and brands
what supplements do you recommend
favorite clothing brands
what sunscreen do ya like?
where do you buy your eggs from?
So I thought I would just compile it alllllllll here for ya
Now with that, we talked about this a bit during black Friday, so just going to remind you again that I don’t think you need to spend to achieve wellness and health
Not everyone needs a red-light face mask, beef liver capsules and castor oil packs 😏
📍 That being said, if you’re struggling with acne, then a red-light mask might be a good addition to healing
💊 If you’re depleted in nutrients, beef liver capsules can help support you on your way there while incorporating more foods
🧴 If you’re facing painful periods, castor oil packs could add in some extra soothing
bottom line: products should be used to help complement your foundations and context, not replace them
So before diving into this list and purchasing anything- do a little self inventory:
look around your house - take note of what you already have, what you use, and what you’re missing
ask yourself - what am I trying to build/focus/support right now?
take a breath - write down 3 things you can do to support that focus area. Make 1-2 an action step you can do starting TODAY (i.e., you don’t need to spend more $$ to get there). The last can be a product to boost it
Finally, we’re all unique. These are my fav products/brands and why I love them, but just cause it’s my jam doesn’t necessarily mean it should be yours.
Here are the topics we’ll be covering:

SUPPLEMENTS, HERBS, & TINCTURES 💊🌿🧪
Fullscript
roots to leaves dispensary hyperlinked above
this is our go-to online supplement dispensary that focuses on quality control. All my clients know this. It’s where we compile our absolute fav supplements while also giving clients at 15-20% discount on them. I really *like really* don’t recommend buying your supplements on Amazon if you can help it because they don’t store their supplements properly. Fullscript really is the go-to for the best of the best.
We also have a whole section for supplements for TTC, estrogen dominances, fertility, PCOS, and digestion woes.
Organic Olivia
code: ROOTS
fav product: Glucobitters; Liver Juice
A favvvv Roots to Leaves herbalist that creates tinctures and tonics for the menstrual cycle, liver health and overall wellness. We actually recommend her products all the time to our clients, especially when they’re trying to work on digestive capacity and liver function.
Some people shy away from herbal support and yet totally trust supplements. Supps are great, but herbalism has been around for centuries. Utilizing the power of plants to support our body can be such an important piece of medicine, healing, and support. Plus, Organic Olivia really focuses on sourcing, which we ❤️
Anima Mundi
fav product: Chill Pill Ashwagandha; Liver Greens
Another favorite herbalist. She makes such beautiful blends of powders and teas utilizing herbs and roots. She’s my go to for all things intentional herbal health when you’re not wanting a pill or a tincture. This is where I get my cacao, ashwagandha, liver greens, etc. Her whole premise brings about a bit of a “witchy” vibe so if that’s your jam, get ready.
Pure Encapsulations
practitioner code: 903044
fav product: DIM detox; Liver-GI detox; Magnesium Glycinate
This a major supplement brand I trust when I need clean, clinical-grade basics without the fluff. Pure Encapsulations is like the minimalist capsule wardrobe of the wellness world—everything you need, nothing you don’t. It’s the brand I lean on for foundational nutrients with research-backed simplicity. It’s prob the most recommended brand I use with my clients.
Cell Core
practitioner code: OEtmTkvW
fav product: Para I, II and III
One of my favorite line of binders and detox support. CellCore is heavy duty people - meaning, I don’t recommend aimlessly buying from their site. But if you know you have parasites, dysbiosis or mold, then their protocols are layered but intentional, and the formulations are powerful without being overwhelming. Think clinical-grade meets mineral nerd meets subtle energetics.
FOOD & BEV 🫐☕️🥦
FOND Bone Broth
code: ROOTSTOLEAVES (but also hyperlinked above)
fav product: literally any of their flavored beef
We love bone broth. It’s rich in collagen and glycine, which are such important amino acids for skin health, fertility, pregnancy and gut functioning. I am such a stickler about sourcing so when I first found FOND, I actually got on a phone call with one of their top executives and grilled the lovely women on their companies values and mission. So I can stand by their product FULLY. FOND simmers their broth in glass jars with herbs like rosemary, thyme, and turmeric—so it’s not just healing, it’s delicious. Plus they partner with smaller farms focused on regenerative farming practices. I love sipping these warm when digestion needs a little love or I want protein in a more gentle, gut-friendly form.
Matchaful Matcha
can be found on my Amazon Storefront
fav product: just their matcha
Hands down absolute fav matcha I’ve had so far. No bitter taste. Well sourced. Enough said.
Great Lakes Collagen
can be found on my Amazon Storefront
fav product: Great Lakes Collagen
My forever favorite for no-nonsense collagen support. Great Lakes is tasteless, easy to stir into anything, and doesn’t come with a $90 influencer markup. It’s the one I recommend for clients who want stronger nails, smoother skin, or joints that creak a little less—but without making it a whole thing. It’s grass-fed, non-GMO, glyphosate free, kosher, and approved by ConsumerLabs. I use it consistently.
Purity Coffee
can be found on my Amazon Storefront
fav product: decaf over hereeee
If you’re gonna be a coffee drinker, Purity Coffee can’t be beat. Their standards for testing for mold is above any other company I’ve seen so far. If you’re a histamine sensitive girlie and feel like you breakout, have energy crashes, or are just weirdly impacted by coffee but don’t want to breakup with the cup o’ joe - try purity.
Rayvi Electrolytes
unfortunately, no code - but truly an absolute fav
fav product: Passion Pineapple
If Gatorade had a cool, mineral-forward cousin that actually nourished your cells—this would be it. Unlike LMNT or other popular brands, Rayvi is really high in potassium - which is what your adrenals, skin, and thyroid are likely craving. We love adding in an extra pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime juice to optimize flavor, but when it comes to its nutrient comparison, we haven’t found another electrolyte brand that matches it.
Elemental Superfood Bars
code: Rootstoleaves for 15% off
fav product: mulberry spirulina bar
We’re not big on bars but if we’re going for one, we’re prioritizing real foods > processed protein bars. Elemental bars are dense, seedy, and satisfying—loaded with functional ingredients like spirulina, flax, and cacao nibs. They’re one of the few snack bars I trust to actually fuel you. Great on-the-go, post-yoga, or tossed into a bag when travel throws off your rhythm.
Thrive Market
code: ROOTED for 30% off your first order + $60 gift
Like Whole Foods met Costco and made it online. Thrive Market is where I get pantry staples, functional snacks, and cleaner household products without the markups. Their filters make it super easy to shop for gluten-free, dairy-free, or low-tox living—and I love their private label stuff too. It’s convenient, curated, and a lifesaver for busy clients.
Sakara
code: ROOTSSAKARA for 20%
fav product: their standard meal delivery service
A fairly luxe meal delivery but I recommend it when you’re craving a reset that feels more like a self-care investment. Sakara is plant-based, organic, and vibrationally curated—yes, it’s a bit extra, but in the best way. Their meals are colorful, hydrating, and full of ingredients that actually do something for your body. Think: chlorophyll, adaptogens, and functional fiber.
BODY & BEAUTY 🪞🫧💋
Ilia Makeup
fav product: mascara
Makeup that doubles as skincare—and doesn’t make you breakout. ILIA nails the balance between minimal and impactful. Their tinted serum is my go-to when I want light coverage without losing the glow, and their mascara? Chef’s kiss. Perfect for the no-makeup makeup look that still makes you feel put-together for a Zoom call or a coffee run.
David’s Toothpaste
can be found on my Amazon Storefront
fav product: Peppermint all the way
The toothpaste that makes you break up with the conventional stuff for good. David’s is fluoride-free, SLS-free, which means less breakouts or dermatitis. It’s minty, fresh, and somehow doesn’t taste awful like the rest of them.
Osea
can be found on my Amazon Storefront
fav product: Hylauronic acid; body cream
It’s like a seaside ritual. OSEA is my go-to when I want my skin routine to double as nervous system care—cooling mists, silky oils, and ocean-based ingredients that actually nourish. Everything is non-toxic, vegan, and infused with that clean, coastal vibe.
MD Solar Sciences
can be found on my Amazon Storefront
fav product: Mineral sunscreen
We’ve talked about sunscreen before - it’s def important, but we also want to make sure that if we’re slathering something on our skin daily, it’s supporting our body, not adding burden. This is why mineral sunscreen is key. We like MD solar sciences cause honestly it’s sooooo silky and one of the few brands that don’t break me out.
RANDOM MUSINGS 🪿✨🪩
OPEN Meditation App
code: ROOTSTOLEAVES (also hyperlinked above) for 30 days of free meditations
fav product: First Things First
My nervous system’s favorite app. Open is breathwork, meditation, and sound in one—equal parts grounding and expansive. It’s not overly spiritual or clinical; just beautifully designed with a modern edge that makes you actually want to use it. Whether I’ve got five minutes or thirty, this is how I drop in when life feels loud.
Bink Water Bottles
fav product: The Day Tracker
This water bottle is like the reason I drink water. It is minimalist, matte, and designed with just enough softness to feel like a wellness accessory. I love that it’s glass (aka no microplastics) and has simple volume markers so you can track hydration without overthinking it.
Jolie Water Filter
code: ROOTSTOLEAVES
fav product: Just their good ole’ water filter
This is the water filter I swear by to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and other skin-disrupting junk from your shower. It’s sleek, and easy to install. I literally have one in my shower.
Hope this helps to decipher between some of the noise that’s out there. And if you have any questions or want other recs, let me know
