28 Days of Decoding Your Body: The Hormone Balance Challenge ๐ฏ๏ธ๐ต๐๏ธ

You did it.
You just completed the Cycle Wisdom Challengeโฆ28 days of tuning in, syncing up, and building a new relationship with your body. And while it may have felt simple on the surface - a few shifts here, a journal prompt there - what you actually did was incredibly powerful.
You laid down the roots for deep hormonal healing.
You stopped running on autopilot.
You chose to remember what the world often teaches us to forget:
That your body is cyclical, intelligent, intuitive, and always communicating.
Letโs take a second to really honor that.
Because the truth is, most women donโt get this far.
Weโve been conditioned to numb and to go with the status quo
to pop the pill for pain
to caffeinate through the crash
to ignore the signs and push harder
to accept that our bodies are either โbrokenโ or require intensive medical intervention
Weโve been told that our period is a burden, our cravings are irrational, and our fatigue is laziness. Weโve learned to silence the very signals that are trying to guide us.
But not you ๐ I see you my girlโฆ
Over the past 4 weeks, youโve started to decode those signals and learn how to support your body from the ground up

What I want for you is this: intentional curiosity, compassion, and sustainability.
