Okay, so you girls already know

minerals are the spark plugs of our cells

They keep everything running smoothly, and without them, our systems start to feel… off

Here’s why they’re so important:

  • Thyroid function → metabolism, energy, skin, and even hair

  • Stomach acid production → breaking down food + absorbing nutrients

  • Blood sugar regulation → stable energy, fewer crashes, less anxiety

But of course, we also totally get that drinking coconut water on repeat can get boring

and especially in the summer if you’re a non alcoholic girlie like me, you want to have a fun little thing to sip on by the pool

enter: our hybrid limoncello x limonada x orange creamsicle drink

but a mineralized version 😏

The Ingredients:

THE COCONUT WATER:

Think: potassium, potassium, potassium

THE COCONUT MILK:

Ermmm…most potassium, but with healthy fats and creaminess

THE SEA SALT:
Sodium (yes, we need sodium) to boost adrenals

ORANGE + LEMON:
Citrus boost to also layer on that vitamin C. Plus we need more citrus fruits girlie…they help with ovulation, progesterone, and pelvic pain

COLLAGEN:
To help create a friendly blood sugar impact + a bit of creaminess too

The Recipe:

INGREDIENTS: honestly you can measure a lot with your ♥️

  • ½–1 cup coconut milk (if using full-fat canned, start with ¼ cup + water to thin)

  • ½–1 cup coconut water (adjust based on how hydrating/light you want it)
