Okay, so you girls already know
minerals are the spark plugs of our cells
They keep everything running smoothly, and without them, our systems start to feel… off
Here’s why they’re so important:
Adrenal health → your stress response, mood, and ability to bounce back
Thyroid function → metabolism, energy, skin, and even hair
Stomach acid production → breaking down food + absorbing nutrients
Blood sugar regulation → stable energy, fewer crashes, less anxiety
Basically? If you’re feeling tired, inflamed, bloated, moody, or your skin is acting up… start with minerals ✨
And yet so many of us are loooowwww in these because of stress, poor diet, birth control, medications, caffeine, and more.
But the issue is that when we turn to electrolyte powder or drinks…they’re often not cutting it.
Too much sugar. Not enough minerals. Weird additives. And a high sodium: potassium ratio
Thankfully, we already did a deep dive on that here
